Introductory Tai Chi for Seniors
This is a beginners exercise course designed for seniors to benefit physical and mental health. The course starts on April 26 and runs for 5 months, through the virtual platform of Zoom.
Participants will be introduced to the basic exercises, forms, and movements of Tai Chi Chuan, an ancient martial art practiced by millions world-wide.
This is a beginners' class and no previous experience is necessary.
